Working here too, but unlike you the office is actually quite a bustle.
My boss told all of us that we weren't allowed to take vacation from December 20th through January 20th, then the ass munch takes 2 weeks off right in that time to go to China or some shit.
Needless to say, the indians aren't happy and being the closest to a chief this is making my life miserable!

I remember when we had the Y2K buzz. I had to stay 31th of december 1999 until 01Jan 2000, just testing the mainframes, e-mail and telexes, in case we were hit by a bug. Of course, nothing happened....
I won't even get into what I went through over Y2K. Let's just say the boss brought this shitty, uncomfortable cot for me and 2 other guys to use, since we weren't going anywhere.
After midnight we made the night fun as hell, and it's a good thing that nothing happened, becuase if it had the three of us were in NO condition to fix ANYTHING besides more Martini's!
